November Walkabout – Tuesday, November 15th, 2022

Join us for a Walkabout at CHEC Alligator Creek!

The Peace River Audubon Society is inviting you to a Walkabout at the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center…CHEC…in Punta Gorda, Florida on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 for an opportunity to go birding and connect with nature.  We will be meeting at 10941 Burnt Store Road, Punta Gorda, Florida at 8 AM.  Meet outside the screen room in the parking lot. We will be taking the Eagle Point Trail which has been cleared of hurricane debris. Our guide will be CHEC naturalist, Chris Salmonson. We will also get a look at the new bird blind, and the location for the new butterfly habitat. Please contact coordinator, Bren Curtis, at bctrackwalker@gmail.com for more information.
